A Journey Rooted in Passion and Purpose

Dipti R Majumder is an enthusiastic learner and a dedicated teacher who loves to kindle thousands of promising souls. From the very beginning, her life has been driven by creativity, curiosity, and a deep love for learning. Initially, she dreamed of becoming a singer and actively participated in numerous stage programs, including performances on Bangladesh Television (BTV) and Bangladesh Betar.

At the same time, she pursued academic excellence and completed her B.A. (Hons.) and Master’s degree in English Literature from Jagannath University. Gradually, teaching entered her life, and over time, it became a profession she truly fell in love with. Through education, she discovered a powerful way to shape young minds and contribute meaningfully to students’ futures—and she embraced it wholeheartedly.

Teaching Philosophy and Professional Experience

For over 20 years, Dipti has remained committed to inspiring students through the power of language, literature, music, and dance. Moreover, her musical sensitivity and rhythmic understanding help create a harmonious learning environment where students feel motivated and confident. As a result, learning becomes both engaging and effective.

To strengthen her pedagogical foundation, she obtained a B.Ed. degree, which further refined her teaching approach. Throughout her long professional journey, she has worked in several renowned institutions, including Methodist English Medium School and Mastermind English Medium School. During this time, she served not just as a teacher but as a facilitator, carefully applying diverse teaching methods to match students’ abilities, interests, and learning styles.

Consequently, her classrooms are safe, inclusive spaces where students can freely express ideas, discover their unique voices, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

Creativity Beyond the Classroom

Beyond teaching, Dipti is an enlisted modern song artist of Bangladesh Betar and BTV. In addition, she is an active member of global organizations such as TED and Toastmasters International, and she also serves as a TED Translator. These platforms allow her to continuously expand her global perspective and communication skills.

Furthermore, her creative journey includes three years of formal dance training and private lessons with renowned dance directors of Bangladesh. Being naturally creative, she enjoys decorating her home and school premises on special occasions. Meanwhile, her love for reading keeps her intellectually curious, and her strong command of modern technology helps her stay up to date in an ever-evolving world.

A Lifelong Commitment to Growth

Ultimately, Dipti works tirelessly to improve both the academic and personal success of her students—and herself. She believes growth is a continuous journey, and therefore, she remains open to learning, evolving, and giving back.
